Stay longer, more Spend
There is a direct relationship between the length of time buyers dedicated to your retail store and the money they spend?
Most retailers would agree that most buyers navigate their retail store, the more they tend to spend. We understand that buyers will look at a wider range of your goods, in-store promotions and boost your items on display. Psychologically, when a person is looking at all these colorful and brightly packaged goods, he or she is more likely to buy more. When buyers enter your retail store, they have already decided to spend money. They are already in a mood to buy, and their resistance to your store promotions are facilitated.
Do retailers know how long they spend their clients in his shop? Will they spend more time in your store if the store layout is well designed with plenty of space corridor? Customers are more likely to buy more if it comes to a friendly sales associates?
As retailers, we need to maximize the time customers spend in our store. We do this through effective store layout and well designed. We ensure that our merchandise lines merge seamlessly, the layout of product categories and suitable to be related to the buying patterns of our customers.
Layout of the retail store has everything, promotions and promotional areas should be well designed and attractive highlighted. Buyers need to move. Aisle should be wide enough for traffic, and wide enough that kids can not sit in the trucks take goods from the shelves. Most important, buyers should have enough room to move carts loaded with other buyers.
Friendly service is the name of the game. I have had many clients ask me about product, price, location, even the small print on the packaging. Our people must always be the ones to initiate contact with customers. It costs nothing to wave and smile.
Fast check-out service. Shopping is fun for the family, paying for it is not so funny. Reduce the time spent at the check-out, and your customers will feel better to come in to the dealer. It's no fun in line for 10 minutes with kids in tow ....
