Third Coaching Process

Third Coaching Process

Action Plan and Monitoring

"We live truly when we make small changes.?

Tolstoy

The real power is the action

Behavior is what we do. We will not tire of saying that real power is action. But what matters is not our doing extraordinary things but what we do every day.

And what is the origin of the action?

The answer is simple: your decisions.

More than anything else, it's your decisions that determine your destiny.

A decision can lead to a state of joy or sadness, or loneliness company, you can realize your dreams or not, long life and early death.

Take more decisions, better learn to take them. As the muscles are strengthened by use case with the mind.

Normally the results are not the result of a single decision or action. They are produced by a set of small decisions, after having taken the initiative, act, persevere.

The action coaching will help you learn to make decisions quickly to take simple actions that will attract what you want.

Selection Criteria

The process of selection that we offer and we will practice in the workshop is the model for your future plans.

It is a process to get an automatic neurological association, like all good generative learning.

You may wonder:

What criteria should I use to make the selection of these actions?

Experience in modeling the most successful plans advises us to select six:

- They are an attraction or a clear opportunity to achieve your goals.

- That pose a risk to achieve it.

- Involving a leverage to turn it into opportunity. In this case it is convenient to add options and alternatives.

- What are logical and focusing towards the target.

- To be viable, you can realistically do in a timely manner.

- What are urgent, having the highest priority in time.

The first criterion is essential, select the actions that are harder to achieve the objective.

In the event that there are only risks, primarily to look for alternative options and leverage.

It is also essential that all the actions you take the initiative, have the domain of their implementation, the flexibility of choice of options and alternatives.

Plan Design

When you know what they want, why you want it, the resources available and you have to look. Once you have an open inventory of opportunities and risks, are decisive for achieving your actions or replace them effectively. To guide and correct the actions you need an Action Plan as progressive as possible, step by step, with all the important details. The planning process you are doing is a model for future plans.

Each track is a bridge to a new plan.

It has been shown that the most successful plans are those that are initiated by the finish and go back to the present. Starting with the ultimate goals, go back step by step.

Make sure your plans start with something you can start today.

You can design your plan of action very easily. A list of specific actions necessary to get you to believe.

Surely you wonder: How many shares should I include in the plan? As you might expect, depends on the purpose, options, goals and yourself. Assuming that an action plan is part of an ongoing process of assessments and reviews that will make you increasingly reactive to change, we suggest no more than four or five actions. Choose which you think will help you improve your position to reach your goal. With experience you can select many more, better, and often without the need to type.

Based on the inventory of opportunities and risks, make a list of four or five actions that will facilitate the attraction and getting these opportunities, eliminate or leverage risks, weaknesses or may find things you're missing. Keep in mind the selection criteria you have set.

This is your first plan of action on your priority.

Follow-up

As you know our methodology, but have you involved in it and have begun to do well, you get the impression that you learn something, but everything will continue as before. You can hire a coach, or, you make an effort and take your own domain, to achieve what you truly want or want what you have.

But first you have to assume is that this will only happen if you make it happen.

Do not forget that knowledge is not enough to do what you know, only the continuous action attracts and gets results. The best strategy to get results is perseverance.

And, how to persevere?

Under the direction of your mental and emotional patterns. With a combination of realism and optimism. If you refuse to see the problems and risks, the action with perseverance can take you to a disaster. And, worse if you only see the problems and risks. To get a persistent mental and emotional patterns need a balance where the problems are minor compared to the solutions. To achieve this we offer you this challenge: continued monitoring. From it, depends on a feedback process that can give you a continuous boost will keep your vision and, therefore, your creative tension.
