Prefabricated swimming pools
The prefabricated swimming pools that are, unlike labor pools are not built at your location but are transported there by parts and should only be installed. Prefabricated pools are characterized by their speed of installation, low cost and benefits similar to those of work, there are basically two types, the piece made of a piece of polyester fiberglass and liner consisting of a coated outer shell for PVC fabric.
Features
When installing a pool in our garden, we have mainly three possibilities:
Labor pools. Prefabricated swimming pools. Ground pools.
Here are the main advantages of prefabricated swimming pools:
Prefabricated pools are placed very quickly, shortening the time of installation. Installation is simple. Following the excavation of the ground, pour a layer of gravel to provide a level base, place the glass of the pool, install pipes and filled the sides to settle. For its manufacturing process and installation, prefabricated pools are relatively inexpensive. They can be installed in small places where there is no room for a cup of concrete. Sometimes prefabricated swimming pools can be installed in places where there are legal impediments to place a pool of work. Because without that foundation, concrete walls and reinforcing albaliñería offer great speed, and can be installed in attics, garages or on rooftops. The performance of the prefabricated pools are very similar to the labor pool in terms of stability and resistance to shock, breakage, deformation, temperature changes, chemicals and weathering. They are sold in lots of models and sizes that can be adapted to any space or land.
Regarding the disadvantages of prefabricated swimming pools, we can cite:
Although there are numerous models, we have to adapt to the standard shapes and sizes. Require proper maintenance, otherwise they may suffer damage difficult to repair. Large pieces need broad access to transport. Although the installation is simple should be done carefully, since a poor installation can cause irreparable damage. Thus, although some models are sold in kit form installable by the user, it is recommended by professional construction.
Type
There are basically two types of prefabricated swimming pools:
Polyester prefabricated swimming pools (also known as monobloc or monoblock): are manufactured in one piece of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, a material with good strength and durability, with a smooth finish and smooth, making it much easier cleaning. Prefabricated swimming pools liner: consist of two components, the outer shell and liner. The outer shell is composed of perimeter panels, is designed to withstand water pressure and soil and can be made of steel, wood or plastic. The liner is a canvas or PVC coated flexible one-piece that covers the structure and seals the pool.
