Modern Leadership Skills: Vision, Image and Educational Role

At present the society lives in a world of labor advances in technology, it is good to know that we are in a country that wants to leave the third world and make changes and updates its processes, so the leadership must adapt and upgrade to all those changes that are taking place in everyday life based on science and technology.

The Vision: is the ability to see beyond time and space, and above all other means to view, see through the eyes of the imagination, in terms of the final result to be achieved.

It's clear that the Vision of the leaders should be above the people on that generates an influence, as a skill that enables it to maintain its leadership and image before them.

We can define the image, personal and professional change all that process physical-psychological, that we apply to us individually in order to show others what we are in form and substance, it will help us to generate favorable reviews each more demanding era of globalization.

The image of a leader must remain clean and with concepts and values ​​that require you to set an example in life and to inherit a legacy to new and future generations that may be forged by the same, therefore it must be above reproach so their reputation.

It is noteworthy that today, many leaders are marked by conditions that damage your image and thus lose credibility with the people, the media are likely to lead a person to the top and so it crumbled with a note which involved in embarrassment and damage to personal and professional image.

In my opinion I feel that if you implement these features if you would see a favorable impact regarding educational role and modern leadership skills, as said before, a leader must remain at the forefront of technology so it's image and reputation must remain blameless for not losing credibility and influence down to people.
