Are you in prison? Get out of your comfort zone

A few months ago we talked about in one of our articles on "comfort zone" that each of us has, and which revolve around our actions. In both our activities and projects revolve around it, we can not develop with great motivation and freedom.

In the title of this article, I compare this "zone" with a prison, which it could be putting limits on our actions for projects to achieve goals and objectives to help us in our personal development, family, social, labor and economic development. In fact, some are too difficult for us get out even for a moment of our "comfort zone".

Could it be that we are weak, cowardly, or even cowardly to not get out of this area and launch the search for happiness, freedom and prosperity. No, that's not what I mean by these statements, but we can not make a greater effort to get out of this range which harm our existence?

Make an exercise. Imagine your comfort zone is like being locked in a place from which you can not go because they do not have the keys. You need to leave to attend to urgent family matters important to you and your family. Find out by all means and in every attempt he meets obstacles, until her intense search bam! Someone forgot to cover a hole in which, with difficulty, you can leave. Their hope is renewed and does not expect more, at the cost of abusing your body, you put all his strength in the effort and, yes, he did, he has come out of that prison that he could not meet its obligations. Their joy is immense and does not expect more runs to meet its commitments, clear him right because he has overcome all obstacles to the price of hard work and has managed to get out of the boundaries that kept him captive.

Now, make the mental exercise and hypothetical real one. Make every effort and put all their efforts and leave your "comfort zone". Regain confidence, self-esteem grow and their actions will aim to seek prosperity and happiness, and that of loved ones, because you can see beyond the "walls" of their "comfort zone".

That is freedom so cherished by all and that, when we see walls that surround us, they often enter a state of lethargy from which it will come out. The famous American psychologist Abraham Maslow, who was born in the early twentieth century, wrote about human needs and described in what is known as the Pyramid of Maslow. In it, Maslow presents a pyramid in which he describes the human needs in a hierarchy, beginning with the survival needs to the highest self-realization. These needs for survival was what Abraham Maslow called physiological needs related to physical needs and basic physiological.

When we analyze the theories of Maslow and the condition of many people around us, we realize that many of them made the first step of the pyramid, your comfort zone and were enclosed within its walls, without satisfying the other needs of the human being understood as the psychologist and, moreover, we see every day materialize in many people around us who have reached the last step of the pyramid and today enjoy freedom, prosperity and happiness. You step in which is it? If you are on the lowest step, would not want to keep climbing up the last of the pyramid?

Free yourself from the prison of her comfort zone, and then understand why you were chosen to be part of this wonderful universe. I've done and I have a passion for life, every day I am motivated to get my improvement and that of those around me. I am motivated to motivate others, as I am doing with you and do it with my colleagues, my students, my friends and my family. I really believe this and therefore I transmit to you. I hope you believe as I believe.

Do this exercise. Ask yourself, what I'm doing in my life and my life, is what I was put on this earth? Ask yourself, Do I need and I can also do more?. Reinforce this year, looking for a model of inspiration, those people you admire, because they have broken free of the walls that were locked and people today are positive, happy and prosperous. If, after reading this article feel that you have broken the barriers and has moved out of "jail", share that feeling with others and also share this article.
