Enemy Number One of varicose veins

Varicose veins affect about 50% of adults aged 40 years. The veins just under the skin are the most affected, due to the tremendous stress they must endure when an individual has to stand for long hours during the day. Being in this position so long, the pressure against the vein may increase up to 10 times longer. Therefore, the people whose work should stand long periods, are most at risk of these disorders include: heavy legs, edema, cold feet, hemorrhoids, phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, capillary fragility, chilblains, and so on.

Women are more affected than men (up to 4 times), the obese individuals are at greater risk, and risk increases with age due to loss of tissue tone, muscle loss and weakening of the vascular walls. Pregnancy can also lead to the appearance of varicose veins due to increased pressure on the veins in the legs.

(Pregnant women and nursing mothers should not take horse chestnut, but it can be replaced by Vitamin C with bioflavonoids and rutin).

HORSE CHESTNUT TO THE RESCUE!

Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) is a great venotónico (a substance that improves venous tone, increased the potential for contraction of the elastic fibers of the vein wall). The relaxation of the vein wall contributes greatly to the development of varicose veins and, in particular, improves venous return to the lower extremities. Its active ingredient is aescin further investigated (compound isolated from the seeds) that acts as anti-inflammatory, Venotonic, vasoprotective anti-edema, increases the resistance of the capillary walls and reduce its permeability (reducing the number and size of small pores capillary walls).

How to take

We recommend taking between 50 and 100 mg of aescin, fasting for a minimum of 3 months and then continue with a long-term maintenance. To get 50 mg of aescin, the active ingredient must be taken between 250 and 300 mg of standardized extract.

GOODBYE TO unsightly varicose veins

There are other herbs and nutrients very valuable in the treatment of circulatory disorders that can perfectly complement the Horse Chestnut and enhance its effects, providing fast and lasting results:

RUSCO (Ruscus aculeatus). View productosEXTRACTO GRAPE SEED (Vitis vinifera). View productosRUTINA. View productosVITAMINA C with bioflavonoids. View Products

RUSCO

Rusco, very similar in action to the Horse Chestnut, vasotonic exercised selectively as in the lower extremities and as anti-inflammatory, thanks to its active ingredient, ruscogenine. In most clinical studies used in combination with Rusco Vitamin C and bioflavonoids, with excellent results and no side effects, to treat patients who showed abnormal chronic venous insufficiency, edema, itching, heaviness and leg cramps. The results appear to be due to the increased ruscogenins the tone of the vein wall.

GRAPE SEED EXTRACT

The grape seed extract is rich in proanthocyanidins, flavonoid substance that returns its flexibility and integrity to the vein wall, is an anti-inflammatory and also inhibits the excessive permeability of the capillaries, thereby reducing, annoying problems like edema. It is especially indicated for the prevention and treatment of varicose veins, hemorrhoids, phlebitis, edema, and poor circulation.

ROUTINE (bioflavonoid)

There has long been very positive studies on the effects of the routine in reducing capillary fragility, tendency to bruising and nosebleeds, besides the vascular benefits. When taken in combination with vitamin C and other bioflavonoids of citrus (hesperinos, etc..), The effect is similar to the effects of proanthocyanidins.

TIPS

To treat and prevent varicose veins, hemorrhoids and other circulatory disorders, is important:

? Eating a diet rich in fiber.?? Exercise regularly.?? Avoid standing in one place for very long.?? Avoid obesity.?? Take steps to increase the integrity of connective tissue and vessel wall, with proper supplementation.
